Kitchen, Basement and Studio

The Kitchen has an original 1950's gas stove/oven that is fully refurbished. There is also a 2 door refrigerator, washing machine, large microwave oven, pizza style toaster oven, and complete with all tools.

The Full Basement contains all laundary features, garden tools and a workbench with power tools. It also has a vast storage space, equivalent to the whole ground floor.

The Studio is professionally acoustically treated and contains acoustic sound baffles and clouds in the ceiling space. It also has a split system air conditioning, a 50" TV monitor, ethernet cabling and a button coded double door entrance. It is presently fitted out with a couch, floor lamps, several desks, a chair and rugs.
